According to french and european regulations, BKS is in the need of customer data in order to proceed orders, technical support, billing and market research. This data is not transfered to third parties.

The customer has at any time the right to view, correct, dissent and delete his data. This right can be exerted at any time by writting an E-Mail to contact@vigixx.com. The criteria for the duration of data storage is the respectively valid legally applicable duration or the explicit wish from the data owner. After expiration of the respective duration, the data are deleted if they are not anymore necessary for contract fulfillment.

The data which is entered on www.vigixx.com in order to proceed to purchase are deleted from the website servers 4 weeks after order placement. BKS Electronique however stores the data on a local storage. This storage is at least the duration of the respective contracts purchased by the customer, or until the customer wishes to delete the data.

Cookies are small volume files, which are stored on your computer, smartphone or tablet during the visit of a given website. This text file can be stored (if accepted by the user) in a specific folder of your harddrive during the visit of an online service.
